Members are currently SVP-level and above within established organizations, and each Forum consists of 15 thoughtfully selected members led by a range of current and former CEOs of leading organizations. Additionally, we commit to having members of diverse backgrounds and experience, including more than 50% from diverse communities.

Our methodology is designed to deliver maximum development without the intensive time commitment that other models require. CNEXT's forums meet virtually four times a year, and we plan to incorporate in-person meetings with the broader CNEXT community soon. Each forum features a deep dive into current and enduring challenges organizations face, from leadership amid disruption to growth and innovation and beyond. In addition, members may choose to participate in optional member-led sessions, as well as forums available to all CNEXT members.
CNEXT isn't available to everyone. Members of our forums are leaders who were selected by our research teams and whose backgrounds and experience were vetted against our strict criteria. Some were nominated by their CEOs, board members, or the broader C-suite community based on their leadership potential and business acumen. Our rigorous selection process and high-impact forums give members a community designed to complement their strengths and enhance their existing skills.
Forum sessions aren't lectures. Each session is a guided discussion facilitated by a different CEO mentor and is designed to foster energetic collaboration and meaningful exchanges of ideas. Members collaborate to solve problems, learn from each other and each other’s organizations, and anticipate the challenges of the future.
